He attended Oak Mound School and was a bus driver at Oak Mound for awhile. He operated an auto garage in Kragnes. Drove school bus for District #152. Was later chief mechanic for that district. He married Ella Jacobsen in 1935 and they had four children, one surviving to adulthood.

Mr. Olson was born at Kragnes Feb. 26, 1907, and had been in road construction work, an employee of Clay County Highway department, had operated a garage at Kragnes and had been a school bus driver before being appointed chief mechanic for the Moorhead school system.
He was a member and former trustee of Oak Mound Congregational Church at Kragnes and was a member of Eagle Lodge.
He married Ella Jacobsen, July 3, 1935, who survives with a daughter, Elizabeth, at the home address; two brothers, Edward, 1316 3rd Ave. N., Moorhead, and Benjamin, at the home address. (Wright Funeral Home)
