Casket burial. Buried in Oak Mound Cemetery on 11 Apr 1907.

Error on footstone for birth year.

Died of cerebrospinal meningitis. Baptized in the Oak Mound Congregational Church on 8 May 1904.

Moorhead Daily News - Monday, 22 Apr 1907

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Olson are certainly sorely stricken. Another boy died on Saturday evening of the malady which has attacked the children, and a little daughter is ill, but with prospects of recovering. But the startling occurrence transpired at noon today: Mr. Olson and one of his older sons came to town this morning, and as they were eating their dinner the boy suddenly collapsed, being taken in exactly the same manner as the other children were taken. The little fellow was taken to the Darrow hospital, as the stricken parents have more than they can attend to at their home. The disease is presumed to be spinal meningitis.
