Juanita O. Cleland, 86, of Rushville, passed away Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010 at her residence with her family at her side.
Juanita was born May 9, 1924 in Rush County, the daughter of the late Everett and Edith (Winkler) Lee. She married Ernest Cleland in 1968 and he preceded her in death in 1993.
She was a homemaker and past member of First Baptist Church in Rushville. Survivors include daughters, Marjorie (Paul) Niehoff of Rushville and Nancy (Mike) Grocox of Columbus; son, Danny (Maria) Warrick of North Webster; brothers, Lewis (Ruth) Lee of Rushville and Larry Lee of Oakville; sisters, Mildred Whittaker and Betty (Ted) Eveland, both of Rushville; step children, Donna (Ronnie) Ferguson of Yorktown, Diana (Billy) Reeves, Susie Evans and David (Mary) Cleland, all of Rushville; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Doug Warrick; brothers, Marshall, Eugene and Robert Lee; a sister, Marjorie Dickson; and a step son, Richard Tuley.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 18 at Todd Funeral Home, Rushville with Pastor George Huff officiating.
Burial will follow in Arlington East Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
