She married Ted Eveland on April 26, 1956 and he survives.
Betty was a member of the Rushville Church of Christ. She worked as a cook & waitress in the 1950's & 1960's at the Nickle Nook in Rushville.
She is survived by her husband, Ted, of Rushville, sons, James (Angel) Eveland of Mooresville and Morris "Jay" (Wendy) Eveland of Apalachiacola, FL, a grandson that she raised, Chad (Tasha) Eveland of Rushville, daughters, Kimberly Corn and Beth (Rick) Foust all of Rushville, Laura Garrison of Indianapolis and Lynne (Rodney) Arbuckle of Denver, CO, brothers, Lewis (Ruth) Lee of Rushville and Larry Lee of Oakville, IN, a sister, Mildred Whittaker of Rushville, several grandchildren & great grandchildren also survive. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
Services will be held at 10 AM Friday, December 19 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville, with Jerry Holdman presiding. Friends are welcome to visit at the mortuary from 4-8 PM Thursday, December 18. Burial will be in Rushville's East Hill Cemetery.
