SOUTH PITTSBURG -Martha B. Railey died Wednesday, November 3, 1999, in a local hospital. She was 88. Mrs. Railey, a native of New Hope, Tennessee, was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and was the widow of Vince Railey. Survivors include a son, Jimmy Railey, of South Pittsburg; three sisters, Estelle Peoples and Bonnie Frame, both of Kimball, Tennessee, and Eula Mae Stewart, Chattanooga; two brothers, Lonnie and Clayton Blevins, both of South Pittsburg; five stepgrandchildren. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. CST at Rogers Funeral Home, South Pittsburg, with the Rev. Dennis Eggert officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery.
