Dennett Melton Truslow, 79, of Route 1, Ruckersville, died Saturday, Feb. 2, at his home. He was born Nov. 13, 1911, in Nelson Co., son of the late Everette Truslow and Minnie Pearl Carter Truslow. (He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth W. Fitzgerald Truslow on July 30, 1960, the mother of all his children.) His ( second) wife was the late Wanda P. Truslow (who died July 4, 1987). Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Greenfield Pentecostal Church with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Raymond Southard will officiate. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the church. Ryan Funeral Home of Quinque is in charge of arrangements.
