Funeral Held Friday for Mrs. Edgar Welch of Shiloh.

Mrs. Edgar Welch, age 40, passed away September 15, at her home in the Shiloh community. She had been ill for several months. Funeral services were held from the Shiloh Church Friday, September 16 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. A. C. Hawkins, Rev. C. M. Mezick and Rev. T. E. Beddingfield conducting. Interment was in the Sims Cemetery with Johnson and Sanders in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are the husband, T. E. Welch; one daughter Miss Elizabeth Welch, of Shiloh; mother, Mrs. Susan Burton, Camp Hill Route 1; eight sisters, Mrs. S. J. Sanders, LaFayette; Mrs. R. K. Sims, Abanda; Mrs. Audrey Sanders, LaFayette; Mrs. Mary Sanders, Abanda Route; Mrs. Joe Drake, Alexander City; Mrs. George Harris, Roanoke; Mrs. Osmer Isabell, Dadeville; Mrs. Alton Parris, Decatur, Ga.; four brothers, John, Edison, Charlie and Guy Burton all of Camp Hill, and Robert Burton, Tallassee. Pallbearers were brothers.
