Dr. Clifford R. Fair, 78, of 1208 Fifth St., New Brighton, husband of Viola (Davis) Fair, died Sunday evening in Beaver Falls United Hospital after an extended illness. A retired chiropractor by occupation, he practiced in Beaver and Butler Counties from 1921 to 1965. He was a member of Beaver County Chiropractor Society, life-member of the Pennsylvania Chiropractor Society, Grace Methodist Church in New Brighton, life member of Butler County Lodge F and AM, and member of New Castle Consistory Born Feb. 16, 1893 in Cowansville, he was a son of Charles and Lettah Fair. Surviving are his wife Viola (Davis) Fair, four daughters, Mr. J. S. (Evelyn) Garvin, Mrs. F. C. (Vivian) McGowan, Mrs. Patrick (Dorothy) Flaherty all of New Brighton, Mr. E. R. (Jane) Fields of Chippewa Township; a sister, Mrs. C. L. Dambagh of Rochester; 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. FAIR — Friends of Dr. Clifford R. Fair, who died April 3, 1971, will be received after 7 tonight in the Loyal B. Young Funeral Home, 1133 Penn Ave., New Brighton. Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Harold R. Cunningham. Burial will be in Beaver Falls Cemetery. Arrangements by Young.
