The estate seized a bounty land warrant #34266 for 160 acres granted to Barabara Balliet, widow of Jacob Balliet, a captain in the Revolutionary War, issued by the United States of America on July 17, 1856.
Abram Balliet requests that the land be awarded to him.

Court approves the value of the certain bounty land warrant appraised to be $160. Abram Balliet agrees to pay $160 and requests in return the bounty land warrant. Court approves sale and other heirs to receive their share of the proceeds by April 1, 1858.
