John Dentler, representing Abram Balliet, the eldest son and heir to Barabra Balliet, late of Delaware Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.

Barbara Balliet died intestate leaving issue nine children

1. Rebecca Balliet
2. Abram Balliet
3. Christiana Balliet married to Henry Peters
4. Elizabeth Balliet married to Michael Lower
5. Isaac Balliet
6. John Balliet
7. Joseph Balliet (??)
8. Polly intermarried to George Haupt
9. Lydia intermarried to John Schleppy

And grandchildren of Barbara Balliet -- Joseph and Stephen of Jacob Balliet and Catharine Seibert, children (names not listed) of Hannah & Stephen Snyder and children (names not listed) of Daniel Balliet.

The estate seized a bounty land warrant #34266 for 160 acres granted to Barabara Balliet, widow of Jacob Balliet, a captain in the Revolutionary War, issued by the United States of America on July 17, 1856.

Abram Balliet requests that the land be awarded to him.

Court approves the value of the certain bounty land warrant appraised to be $160. Abram Balliet agrees to pay $160 and requests in return the bounty land warrant. Court approves sale and other heirs to receive their share of the proceeds by April 1, 1858.
