Jackson native Edward A. Yerian, age 61, of Colorado Drive, Xenia, died 7:15 p.m. Monday at his home.
He was a retired roofer and attended the First Church of the Nazarene.
Son of the late Fred and Stella Coffman Yerian; he was also preceded in death by a son, Dennis; three brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Hilderbrand Yerian; three daughters, Mrs. Max (Joy) Barney of Panama City, Florida, Mrs. Hobert (Barbara) Crase of West Union and Mrs. Jack (Sandra) Smith of Xenia; two sons; Larry of Xenia and Darrell of Beavercreek; two sisters, Emma McCoart of Xenia and Winifred Fisher of Jackson; a brother, Robert of Jackson; half-sister, Betty Rasp of Jackson; half-brother, Sherman Halterman of Jackson and 16 grandchildren including Lance Ferguson who was raised in the home.
Friends may call at the McColaugh Funeral Home, Xenia from 10 a.m. until time of the service there at 2 p.m. Friday. Rev. Harold Maish and Rev. Harold Henderson will officiate the last rites. Burial will be made in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
