PIONEER PASSES AWAY IN R.B. HOSPITAL

Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10:30 o'clock from Fickert's Chapel, Red Bluff, for Mrs. Minnie Duncan, pioneer resident of Tehama County, who passed away Saturday at a Red Bluff hosptial. Graveside services will be held at Paskenta tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock.

Mrs. Duncan was born in Glenn County December 17, 1867. Her mother was the first white woman to settle in the Lowrey district. Mrs. Duncan resided there most of her life. She moved to Corning three weeks ago from Red Bluff where she had spent the past seven years. She was a member of the Christian church.

Surviving insides her husband, Joel Duncan, are two daughters, Ethel Scofield of Mexwell; Mrs. Maude Williams of Corning; three sons, Neil Duncan of Oroville; Troy Duncan of San Jose and Floyd Duncan of Corning; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
