Hilma Hitriika Salmela Koskela Obituary

Mrs. Hilma Koskela died on Wednesday, May 27, 1936, at the Wadena Hospital after a lenghty illness. Her husband, Peter Koskela, died six years ago.

Left to mourn her passing are three sons and five daughters. Boys: Emil, Carl and Edward. Daughters: Mrs. Eli Makinen (Lydia), Mrs. Carl Haataja (Hilda), Mrs. Arvo Jacobson (Elina), Mrs. John Keranan (Esther) and Mrs. Waino Ylitalo (Miriam).

Hilma was born in Finland, Oulun Land, in 1875 on November 10. At the time of death, she had reached the age of 60 years, 6 months and 17 days.

Funeral services will be held this Saturday at 2:00 P.M. from the Wolf Lake Apostolic Lutheran Church. Officiating will be J. H. Alajoki in Finnish and Adolph North in English.

Funeral arrangements were by the Kampsul Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the Koskela Cemetery.
