Lonnie E. Bryant, 56, of Boston died Sunday in the county hospital here after several weeks illness. He was born Nov. 15, 1904, in Texas, the son of Albert Bryant and Allie Porter Bryant.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy Bryant, of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Gertie Burnett of La Habra, Calif., Mrs. Vada Carter of Pueblo, Colo., Miss Anna Bryant of Fayetteville, and Mrs. Jean Wheeler of Fullerton, Calif.; seven sons, Delmar Bryant of Pueblo, Colo., Otto Bryant of Tulsa, Okla., Eubene Bryant of Hindsville, Eddie Bryant of Chelan, Wash., Boyd Bryant, Garland and Jerry Bryant, all of Boston; three sisters, Mrs. Grace Holson of Idaho, Mrs. Nola Faddis and Mrs. Lula Miller of California; four brothers, Zeddie Bryant of Oregon and Ray, Rammel and Leon Bryant of California; his father, Albert Bryant of Caldwell, Idaho; 18 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday (today) at the Assembly of God Church here with the Reverends Den Montgomery, Bob Tassey and Harrison Collins, conducting. Burial will be in the Venus cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
