Graveside services were held for Mr. E. M. Bishop at the Elliott Cemetery Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock. Interment followed in the Elliott Cemetery with grandsons of the deceased serving as pallbearers.

Elisha Mangrum Bishop was born in Polk county on November 5, 1864 and passed away at the home of his son, Lindon Bishop, at Elliott on Monday, March 12th, at the age of 86 years, four months, and five days, after a lengthy illness.

Heartfield Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements.
