Catherine Nicol(60), was born 1813, Gillhead Miel, Lanarkshire, Scotland and was christened on 27 April 1813, Carluke. She was the ninth of eleven children born to William May Nicol II and Agnes Bronlee. She, in late Ap.1819, emigrated to Hammond, St. Lawrence County, NY with her parents and most of her siblings .
She married on February 4, 1848, in Hammond, St Lawrence, New York to Dr. Alexander Gregor, born 1815, died 1890. Catherine died 21 May 1874, in Hammond. They were original founding members of the Presbyterian Church in Hammond, NY. and Catharine was buried May 1874, in Hammond.
