Frances Melvin Burns died at the
home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.
C. Burns of Pittsburg Saturday, June
17. The funeral services were held
Sunday, and burial took place in the
McCune cemetery.
Melvin was born in Pittsburg Aug-
ust 29, 1920, being one year, ten
months and nineteen days of age at
the time of his death. He leaves
father, mother, brother, Marshall,
sister, Anna Pearl, grand father
and a host of other relatives and
friends. Mr. and Mrs. Burns were
former residents of the Jacksonville
neighborhood.
