Mr. C. M. Wells sold, yesterday, 800 acres of fine foothill land near Azusa, with lake, to Mr. George Eakins, of the -well-known firm of George Eakins & Son, Philadelphia, Pa., who will begin at once to erect, buildings and plant the entire tract in fruit. The sale was made through A. H. Neidig's real estate agency, Col. Neidig, who is one of our most enterprising real estate dealers, is to be congratulated upon having brought to successful issues some of the largest real estate deals in Los Angeles.
