She was born March 12, 1911, a daughter of Stanford Reuben Thomas and Mary Magdalene Benham.
Mrs. Raymer was a member of New Brandenburg Baptist Church and the Brandenburg Station Homemakers.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. Marion Walter Raymer; six children, Mrs. Mary Ellen Trent, Mrs. Viola Netherton, Samuel Henry Raymer, James Alfred Raymer and Kenneth Ray Raymer, all of Brandenburg, and Marion Walter Raymer Jr., Louisville, Kentucky; one sister, Mrs. Sylvia Pack, Brandenburg; three brothers, Mr. Gus Thomas, Mr. J.R. Thomas, and Mr. John Thomas, all of Brandenburg; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held from New Brandenburg Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bill Blackburn officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery, directed by Hager Funeral Home. Pallbearers were: William S. Pack, Ricky A. Thomas, Wade L. Benham, Jessie E. Thomas, Michael G. Thomas and Gus O. Dix.
