Charles A. Williams
Charles Williams was a former superintendent if Union College in Lincoln, Neb., and also served as its business manager for five years. He also was associated with the college at Collegedale, Tenn., prior to his retirement. He married Esther Holstein in Nebraska.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two daughters, Mrs. Tom (Laurene) Jenkins of Riverside, CA, and Mrs. Roy (Elaine) Berrett of San Diego; a son Gaylord Williams of Spencer, MA; and several grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters and one brother, Olive and Nemma Williams, both of Greeley and Roger L. Williams of Johnston. Also numerous nieces and nephews.

Charles Williams was a member and caretaker of the Point Loma Seventh-day Adventist Church for 11 years. Prior to moving to San Diego he had been the store manager at Southern Missionary College in Collegedale, Tennessee.
Survivors include his widow, Esther; a son; two daughters, including Mrs. Elaine Berrett of San Diego; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother and two sisters.
