KINGSPORT - Bill Rigsby, 75, passed away peacefully at NHC Healthcare of Johnson City. He was born August 14, 1940 to the late Charlie Rigsby and Myrtle Caldwell Rigsby in Kingsport, Tennessee. He lived in the local area his entire life.

Bill was the owner of Bills Electric. He was a square dance caller and enjoyed beekeeping and working with his fruit trees.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by 6 sisters and 2 brothers. Those left to cherish his memory are: his special friend and caregiver, Tenna Drain; daughters, Sandra Byrd and Karen Hood; sisters, Mable Garst, Beulah Briggs, Irene Ford and Carrie Coggins; brother, Charles Roy Rigsby; 4 grandchildren.

Services for Clyde William Rigsby will be private.
