J. M. Bonner, 73, Services Held

FAIRFIELD (Spl)—Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Capps Chapel for James Millen Bonner, 73, a retired farmer and carpenter, who died Tuesday following an extended illness.

Rev. Bobby Parker, pastor of the First Baptist church, and Rev. Jack McDaniel, pastor of Calvary Baptist church, conducted the rites. Burial was in Fairfield cemetery.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Artie Teer Bonner, Fairfield; six sons, Wilson, Richard and D. A. Bonner, all of Fairfield; Offie Bonner, Paris; Charles Mac Bonner, Houston, and Eugene Bonner, San Francisco, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Majorie Herndon, Uvalde, and Mrs. Jorene Wells, Houston; 24 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and other relatives.
