On Tuesday, October 4, 1955, at 1:30 am, Alvis Kirk Pettit, husband of Beatrice Landry Pettit, brother of Mrs. May Patterson of San Antonio, Texas, Mrs. B. T. Pettit of Austin, Texas, uncle of Judge and Mrs. J. E. Hickman of Austin, Texas, age 66 years, a native of Dallas, Texas, and a resident of this city [New Orleans, Louisiana] for the past 18 months. Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of Louisiana Relief Lodge No. 1. F. & A. M., Dallas Lodge No. 76. F. & A. M., Carrollton employee of United States Civil Service Commission, are invited to attend the funeral, which will take place on Wednesday, October 5, 1955, at 2:00 pm from the funeral home of Lamana-Panno-Fallo, Inc., 625 North Rampart Street, near Municipal Auditorium. Services by Louisiana Relief Lodge No. 1. F. & A. M. Interment in Hope Mausoleum. Dallas and El Paso, Texas, papers please copy.

K. PETTIT, late a member of Dallas Lodge No. 760. A. F. and A. M. of Dallas, Texas. Services at the funeral home of Lamana-Panno-Fallo, Inc., 625 North Rampart Street, on Wednesday, October 5, 1955, at 2:00 pm. Interment in Hope Mausoleum.
