SPANISH FORK - Berta Priscilla Jones Chambers, 72, died Oct. 30, 1975, in a Payson City hospital following a short illness.

Born Apr 13, 1903, Spanish Fork, to Frank A. and Mary P. Lewis Jones. Married to John Elwood Chambers, Mar 8, 1923, Spanish Fork. Later solemnized in Manti Temple. He died Jul 18, 1967. Member, LDS Church Relief Society, teacher. Member Daughters of Utah Pioneers and Spanish Fork Senior Citizens.

Survivors: sons, daughters, Mrs. Mary Lundahl, Mesa, Ariz.; Mrs. Melvin (Della) Jensen, Kearns; Bert E., Nephi; Don J., Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Adelia Nuttall, Dugway; Mrs. Clarence (Grace) Dansie, Mrs. Frank (LaRhea) O'Brien, both of Spanish Fork.

Funeral Monday, noon, Spanish Fork 5th-8th LDS Ward chapel. Friends call at Walker Mortuary, Spanish Fork, Monday before services. Burial, Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
