He is survived by a son, John H. Lewis, Salt Lake City, and two daughters, Mrs. Jennie J. Jex and Mrs. Bernice L. Rigtrup, Spanish Fork; 11 grandchildren, and six brothers: Leslie, Preston, J. Will and Ezra Lewis, Spanish Fork; Brigham Lewis, San Francisco, Cal., and Ralph Lewis, Soldier Summit.
