SPANISH FORK - Funeral services for Ezra Charles Lewis, 67, Spanish Fork merchant, will be conducted Monday noon in Spanish Fork Third LDS Ward Chapel.
Mr. Lewis died Wednesday in a Salt Lake City hospital.
Friends may call at Claudin Funeral Home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday prior to services. Burial will be in Spanish Fork Cemetery.
He was born March 8, 1885, in Spanish Fork, a son of John S. and Mary Jane Harris Lewis. He attended school here and for most of his life ran a store and butcher shop.
Surviving are his widow, Spanish Fork, and four brothers, Brigham Lewis, San Francisco; Ralph Lewis, Provo; Preston and Lester Lewis, Spanish Fork.
