Born Nov. 30. 1893. Mill Fork. Utah County, to John S. and Mary Jane Harris Lewis. Married Edna Miller Oct. 6, 1919, Elko, Nev.

Veteran World War I. Provo resident since 1945. Employed Geneva Steel Works. Member Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors: widow, sons, daughters, Jack M., Westover Air Force Base, Mass.; Ray Lyman. Seattle, Wash.; Franklin D., Mrs. Emll (Helen) Jaeger, both Salt Lake City; Mrs. Gordon J. (Norma) Linnell, Twin Falls. Idaho; Mrs. Jack B. (Merel) Treat, Grand Junction. Colo.; Mrs. Harold D. (LaRue) Freestone. Orem; Mrs. Larry D. (Margaret) Butterfield, Midvale; brother, Preston Lewis; 21 grandchildren.

Funeral Friday. 11 a.m. Berg Drawing Room Chapel, where friends call Thursday. 6-8 p.m., Friday prior. Burial. Spanish Fork City Cemetery, with military rites by Utah National Guard. Spanish Fork unit.
