Thomas Shofner of Campbellsville, son of the late Wesley Shofner and Lillie Hedgespeth Shofner was born June 8, 1926 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 11:45 P.M., Friday December 10, 2010 in Campbellsville. Age 84
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Zion Separate Baptist Church.
He was retired from General Electric in Louisville.
Besides his wife, Hazel Cash Shofner of Campbellsville, he is survived by three sons and two daughters: James Shofner and wife Tressie (Jean) and Sharlot Galloway of Campbellsville, Patricia Blackford and William Shofner and wife Vesta (Ann) of Louisville and Raymond Shofner of Florida; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; one sister Lucy Skaggs of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Rebecca Lynn Shofner, one grandson, Donnie Galloway; three brothers and two sisters: John Shofner, Herman Shofner, Roscoe Shofner, Nora Sprowles and Ruth Gunn.

Funeral Service: 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Ronda Arnett
