Mrs. Zenobia Maddox Bargeron, age 63, entered into rest Friday night, August 28, 1936, at her home on the Wheeler road after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at her residence Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock with the Rev. Leroy Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Maddox cemetery. Pallbearers will be; M.H. Center, M.M. Murphey, H.T. Meeks, J.L. Robertson, A.S. Haddlesay, and W.A. Jackson. Mrs. Bargeron was a lifelong resident of Richmond County, Georgia, was a devout member of the Marks Baptist church and was held in high regard throughout the community in which she lived. She is survived by her husband, Henry Bargeron; three daughters, Mrs. Eva Stubblefield, Mrs. Florence Overton and Mrs. Zenobia McGahee; three sons, Henry, Lonnie and David Bargeron, and several grandchildren.
