Mrs. Eva Bargeron Stubblefield, 92, widow of Cecil L. Stubblefield Sr., of 2541 Milledgeville Road, Augusta, Georgia, entered into rest Friday, October 5, 1990. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Pierce Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Ken Garvin officiating. Pallbearers will be Tim Pritchett, Jeremy Mullis, Richard Stubblefield, Raymond Stubblefield, Wayne Johnson, Buddy Key and Leroy Stubblefield Jr. Mrs. Stubblefield, a lifelong resident of Augusta, was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include three sons, Lester C. Stubblefield, Boise City, Okla., Wallace E. Stubblefield, Columbus, Ohio, Cecil L. "Chip" Dunbar, Wis.; a stepson, Jess Jeske, Dunbar; three daughters, Lucy Johnson, Augusta, Mary Lowery, Columbus, and Janie Pearl Key, North Augusta; a sister, Zennie McGahee, Augusta; and 19 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
