Clarence Adam Schwindt was born on January 28, 1927, in La Crosse, Kansas and died April 17, 2011, in Mesa, Arizona, at the age of 84. He was the youngest child of Conrad, Katherine (Katie) Bott.

Clarence married Frances Virginia Parsons on December 20, 1947, in Hays, Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Frances and three children: Elizabeth Ann (Stagner), Robert Warren and Barry Lee.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Harry and Herman Schwindt; four sisters, Sarah Sucht, Esther Phillips, Bertha Collins, and Clara Scott
