STEELE, Arthur Edward 95, went home to be with his Lord on September 1, 2012, surrounded by his family, in his home. He was born on October 8, 1916 in Pike Township, Ohio the son of the late Harry F and Ada (Hoke) Steele. He lived in Clark County, Ohio his entire life. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie F (Detillian) Steele; daughter, Donna Mell; son, David E (Kathy) Steele; grandchildren, Elizabeth (fiancé Kyle Bishop), Leslie (fiancé Jerry Marshall), Mark (Kelly) Steele; great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Bishop; sister, Alma Gracy; brother, Wilbert and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Also surviving are step children, Carol Montrose, Bonnie (Robert), Judy Cook, Paula (Michael), Paul A Detillian II, Ralph Detillian and their families. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Alice (Ferryman); wife, Isabel (Eichler); brothers, Howard, Harold, Harley, JA and sister, Thelma Streber. He was employed as an Industrial Engineer at the Chrysler Corporation in Dayton for 31 years. Arthur was active in the Missionary Church as District Treasurer for 22 years, held various positions on the Ludlow Falls Camp Board, was a Deacon in the local Church, Sunday Superintendent and Teacher, as well as delegate to the District and General Conferences many times. He was a member of the Newson Missionary Church on Cowpath Rd, St Paris, Ohio. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 4-8PM, at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR and FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Services will be held at 11AM on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio.
