OBITUARY
Mrs. Helen Burton Frost
Sunday afternoon, at five o'clock at the family home, 151 East 4th street, Oswego, N. Y., occurred the death of Mrs. Helen Burton Frost, widow of Boardman C. Frost. Mrs. Frost's early years were spent in Syracuse, and she was the daughter of the Hon. and Mrs. Burr Burton, one of the oldest, most influential, and revered families of that city.
She was for years a loved and active member of the Congregational church of Oswego, and always was ready to aid in any activities that meant for the good of the church and community.
Her sweet, gracious and genial presence were at once felt in whatever gathering she attended, for to know Mrs. Frost was to love and esteem her. Especially was she loved in her home, and sereneness of spirit, quiet poise and perfect womanhood, were keenly felt, not only by those in her immediate household, but by all who were close to her in any way, and all were made better by knowing Mrs. Frost. We can truly say of her that "She opened her mouth with wisdom and in her tongue is the law of kindness."
Mrs. Frost leaves to mourn her loss, a beloved daughter, Minnie of Oswego, N. Y.
