Julius Norby, 82, Mabel, died Saturday morning at Green Lea Manor Nursing Home. He had been a resident several years.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Jens Norby, he was born in Fillmore Co March 12, 1887. He married Clara Bremseth, March 19, 1913. She has died.
Survivers include one daughter, Mrs. Elmer (Carmen) Schrunk, Guttenburg, IA; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one brother, Joseph, Lanesboro, MN and one sister, Mrs. Cora Johnson, Lanesboro. One daughter, one brother and three sisters have died.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Mengis Funeral Home, the Rev. Clayton Engan, First Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Newberg methodist Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.
