MOUNT HOPE-Dewey E. Harper, 61, died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital, Wichita. He was born Dec. 22, 1913,at Mount Hope. He
was a framer and lived here all his life.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors are brothers; Jesse, Fort Worth.; William, Mount Hope; Ray, Rose Hill; John, Vancouver,Wash.; sisters: Mrs. Nellie McElroy, Palisade, Colo., Mrs. Mary Coon, Kingman.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount Hope Federated church; Rev. John Havens. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites.
Friends may call after noon Tuesday and Wednesday at
Wulf Mortuary.
