Jack Wells, 76 years, 8 months, passed away
at his home in Bigelow, Kansas, on Saturday,
morning June 18, 1955. He had been in ill
health the past year, but feeling some what
better, he had taken a short walk in the year
that morning. A short time after returning to
his bed Mr. Wells passed away.

A native of Kentucky, Mr. Wells came to
Kansas with his parents and brothers and
sisters in the year 1878 when he was two

The only remaining members of the family
are Mary and Henry of the home; also a
number of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Monday after-

of the Methodist Church.
