Mrs. Theresa Mikl Silver


Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Theresa Mikl Silver, wife of Victor R. Silver, of 533 Forbes avenue, Yuba City, Calif., Saturday afternoon at Yuba City Community hospital. Mrs. Silver, who had been ill for three years, was in her thirty-second year.


The deceased was born at Parkesburg, a daughter of Mrs. Frances Mikl, of Downingtown RD 1, and the late Jacob J. Mikl. She attended Parkesburg High School.


She was a member of the Presbyterian church at Yuba City, Calif., and was formerly employed by the J.C. Penney Company, at Marysville, Calif.


In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Jacob Mikl, Jr., of Phoenixville (Pa); Charles S. Mikl, of Westwood (Pa); Mrs. Helen Conover, of Philadelphia (Pa); Mrs. Mary Berstler, of Lyndell (Pa); Mrs. Matilda Warren, of Downingtown (Pa); and Frances McCowan, of Coatesville (Pa).


Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

SILVER - Mrs. Theresa E. Silver, wife of Victor Silver of 553 Forbes Ave., Yuba City, died Saturday at a local hospital. She was 29 years old, a native of Pennsylvania and had lived in this area for six years.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the Twin Cities and internment will be in Sutter cemetery.

Survivors besides her husband are her mother, Mrs. Frances Mikle (sic) of Coatsville (sic), Pa.; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Conover of Philadelphia, Mrs. Mary Bestler and Mrs. Frances McCowan of Coatsville (sic).
