As Mabel I. Disler, she married W. Leo Zuber on Dec. 29, 1924, in Indiana. She was 19; he was 21. They had a son named Walter, born in 1925.

Obituary:
Mrs. Mabel Zuber, aged 24, 2422 Cortland Street, died at St. Joseph's Hospital Sunday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock. Death was caused by complications. An operation had been performed a week ago. Mrs. Zuber was born and reared in this city and attended the Hamilton School. She was a member of the Precious Blood Catholic Church.

Surviving are the husband, Leo Zuber; one son, Walter Zuber; the parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Barney L. Disler, of this city; five sisters, Mrs. Paul Schoenherr, Mrs. Newell Franks, and the Misses Roselma, Edna and Dollie Disler, all of Fort Wayne, and five brothers, Ray, Arthur, Delbert, Kenneth and Willis Disler all of this city.

The body was removed to the Getz & Cahill Funeral Parlors and will be returned to the home Tuesday afternoon where friends may view it after 5 o'clock. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 8:30 o'clock at the Precious Blood Catholic Church. The Rev. Basil Didier, C. P. P. S., will officiate. Burial in the Catholic Cemetery.
