Mrs. Florence Aloise Grant, 66, 203 Congress St. died at 2:50 a.m. today in St. Anthony's Hospital after a six-month illness. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Carlisle Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow afternoon and evening and Saturday until the hour of the service. a lifelong resident of the city, Mrs. Grant was born here Nov. 16, 1889, the daughter of Frank and Sadie Moore Walters. On June 17, 1909, in this city she was married to Frank Grant, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Russell, East Gary; two daughters - Mrs. Everett Eikelberg and Mrs. Edwin Linsmeyer, both of this city; five grandchildren; four brothers - Robert, Harold, and Frank Walters, Jr., all of this city, and Clarence Walters, Hessville; and a sister, Mrs. Frank Arnot, this city. Mrs. Grant was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Royal Neighbors of America 818, Rebekah Lodge ad Pythian Sisters.
