Mary Kyle Bush Services Held in Little Rock
Mrs. Mary Kyle Bush of 123 West F Street, North Little Rock, wife of T James Bush and a retired school teacher, died Thursday.
Mrs. Bush was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Kings Daughters Sunday School Class. She was president of the United Methodist Women and was a past president and a charter member of Alpha Delta Kappa. She was a charter member and past president of Delta Kappa Gamma. She was a member of the Pearl McCain Guild.
She finished high school in Houston and was a graduate of Miss. University for Women. She taught school in Mississippi at Prairie, Okolona and Clarksdale and at North Little Rock, Ark. for 29 years.
Other surviving are a son, Dr. James Bush, Jr. of Little Rock; two brothers, James Kyle and Dave Kyle, both of Houston, Miss.; four sisters, Mrs. Ruth White of Prairie, Ms., Mrs. Cleo Gray of Memphis, Mrs. Mattie Jamison of Tupelo, Miss., and Mrs. Bertha Adams of Shelby, Ms.
Funeral services were held Saturday at First United Methodist Church by Rev. Earl B Carter. Burial was in Rest Hills Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Pat Crawford, John M Crawford, Lowell Gadberry, Eddie Weintraub, Grant Clevedence and Marvin Ereman. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Kings Daughters Sunday School Class.
