SIBLEY MAN'S BROTHER DIED IN WASHINGTON
Hans Anliker received the sad news on Monday of last week that his brother, John Anliker, 73, had passed away at Seattle, Wash. He suffered a stroke on May 24 and passed away on May 30.
Funeral services and burial took place at Seattle on Tuesday, June 1.
Mr. Anliker was well known to many of the older residents of the Sibley community, having lived here 41 years ago. He was born in Switzerland and came to America when he was twenty years old. His wife preceded him in death a year ago.
Surviving are three sons and one daughter; John and William, of Tonaskett, Wash., and Louis and Mrs. Ruth Fluekiger, of Seattle, Wash. One brother and three sisters also survive. They are: Hans Anliker, of Sibley; Mrs. Emma Lanz, of Royal Center, Ind., Mrs. Louise Young, Union Mills, Ind., and Mrs. Marie Cingg, of Walker, Mo. There is also a host of other relatives and friends.
