Johannas Anliker and his wife Maria Grodel, parents of 13 children, immigrated to IL in summer, 1891 with nine.

They purchsed a farm in Sullivant Twp.of Ford Co. near Sibley, IL. The children scattered across the USA.

Known are:
John settled in Washington state
Nick settled in Iowa
Fred settled in So. Dakota
Emily, Louise and Emma settled in Indiana
Elisa settled in Iowa
Maria settled in Missouri
Hans traveled but returned to Sullivant Township, Ford Co, married and farmed there.

Sibley Centennial Book (1977) and History of Ford County (1985) both give his birth as 1824. Researchers will need to check this.
