Walter Arasin, 42, of 260 New street, died suddenly this morning in Coatesville hospital. He had suffered a heart attack Sunday.
Mr. Arasin, husband of Catherine Shiretti Arasin, was born in Philadelphia but lived most of his life in Coatesville and vicinity. He was employed by Lukens Steel company and was a member of St. Stanislaus R. C. Church.
He was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose.
The deceased, son of the late William and Alice Arasin, is survived by five children. Gerald, Walter D., Catherine, Alexis and Althea, all at home.
The following brothers and sisters also survive: Andrew, and Jennie, wife of August Gregor, both or Rainbow in Valley Township; Anna, wife of Peter Andrews, of Coatesville; William, Jr., of Country Club Road; Joseph and Leon, of Rainbow; Helen, wife of Arpad Kuch, of Barley Sheaf Road, Caln; Stella, wife of Frank Goetter, of Philanderer, and Stephen, of Modena.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. at the Archie S. Maclean Funeral Home, Fifth avenue and Lincoln Highway, followed by High Mass of Requiem from St. Stanislaus R. C. Church at 10 a.m.
Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday evening.
