Pearly "Pearl" was the daughter of John Howard and Norma Lee Jenkins Howard. She married Oswin "Osie" W. Jokerst on November 16, 1942 in Ste. Genevieve, MO. She passed away at the age of 26 yrs old in Perryville, MO. Cause of death was Encephalitis. Pearly worked at the International Shoe Factory in Perryville.
