Ronald Lewis Jokerst, 75, who was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle died May 17, 2022, at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, AL surrounded by family.

Ronald was born November 22, 1946, in Zell, MO, the son of Oswin and Pearl (Howard) Jokerst.

Ron graduated from St. Vincent High School in 1964 and joined the Air Force in 1965. He was a Vietnam Veteran, a member of the American Legion, and a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was employed by Sabreliner Corporation as a technician until he became disabled.

Ronald is survived by his only son, Jason (Mindy) and three grandsons Gavin, Bryant, and Luke Jokerst, Fairhope Al. He is also survived by his stepmother Patricia Jokerst and 5 siblings, sisters Carolyn Brandon, Kris (Gerald) Niccum, and Cheryl (Kevin) Winschel and 2 brothers Kevin (Rita) and Nick (Vicki) Jokerst, and other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Pearl and his father Oswin Jokerst.

A funeral service in memory of Ronald Jokerst will be held on June 11, 2022, at Christ the Savior Church in Brewer, Missouri. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. Mass begins at 10:00 a.m. officiated by Father Ben. Graveside Military Honors at Christ the Savior Cemetery directly following Mass. A reception for the family following at the Christ the Savior Parish Hall.
