Anna Margaretta married Michael Miller, the son of Matthias Mueller and Mary or Anna Beaver or Biver or Butler.
The couple lived in Colby, Clark County. They had three children, Laura Anna (John Frank Otto) Blunck 1897, Rosa (Charles C) Leland 1899, and Ernest 1901-1901.
Anna died on Jul 10, 1901. On August 24, 1907, Michael married Cora Belle Hull.

Died, at her home in the town of Green Grove, Clark Co., Wis., on Wednesday, July 10th, 1901, of consumption, Mrs. Anna Margaretta Miller, aged 29 years.
Anna M. Sieber was born in the town of Sheboygan, in 1872, and came with her parents to the town of Colby when about five years old. She was united in marriage with Michael Miller of Green Grove, in 1895, and that has been her home ever since. She leaves to mourn her death, besides her
husband, two little daughters, several brothers and three sisters.
The funeral was held from Zion's Church in this city, and interment in Colby Cemetery, Rev. A. Kuring officiating.
