Died, at the home of his mother in the town of Colby, Clark Co., Wis., on Saturday, Feb. 1st, 1896, of consumption, Albert F. Sieber, in the 26th year of his age.
Albert was born in Sheboygan Co., Wis., Dec. 3rd, 1870, and came here with his parents in the spring of 1879, and his home has been here ever since, though he has been away, at times, to work. He was a steady industrious young man, well liked and respected by all who knew him. He was the eldest son and the mainstay of a widowed mother, who is nearly heart broken at her successive losses at the hands of the grim reaper – death.
The funeral occurred at the Lutheran Church Tuesday, Rev. Joseph Fiehler officiating, and the remains laid at rest in Colby Cemetery. The funeral was largely attended.
