WAGNER - On May 9, 1938, at 3:30 p.m., at the Harrisburg State Hospital, Velma Marie Wagner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Wagner, Spring Grove R.D. 2, aged 29 years, 5 months and 11 days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend brief funeral services Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., from the Edward W. Baumeister Funeral Home, 614 South Pershing Avenue, York, followed by concluding services at 2:30 p.m. from St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, near Hanover. Interment in Dubs' Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9 p.m.


Velma Wagner Dies

Velma Marie Wagner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Wagner, Spring Grove R.D. 2, died at 3:30 p.m. today at the Harrisburg State Hospital, at which institution she had been a patient for the past four years. She was 29 years of age.
The following survive, besides her parents: Seven sisters, Mrs. Curtis Strausbaugh, York New Salem; Mrs. Grover Thoman, Glen Rock; Mrs. Paul Glatfelter, Glen Rock R.D.; Mrs. Fred Wolf, Mrs. Kenneth Wallick, Mrs. Samuel Jones and Mrs. Chester Seacrist, all of York; three brothers, Charles and Roy Wagner, York, and Norman Wagner, Spring Grove R.D. 2.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Edward W. Baumeister Funeral Home, 614 South Pershing Avenue, York, with concluding obsequies in St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, near Hanover, at 2:30 p.m. Rev. A. M. Hollinger, pastor, will officiate. Interment will be made in Dub's Cemetery.

The funeral of Velma Marie Wagner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Wagner, Spring Grove R.D. 2, who died Monday, was held yesterday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Brief services were conducted at the Edward W. Baumeister Funeral Home, 614 South Pershing Avenue, and later at St. Paul's (Dubs') Evangelical Lutheran Church, near Hanover. Burial was in the cemetery at the church. Rev. A. M. Hollinger, pastor, conducted the services. The pallbearers were Kenneth Wallick, Samuel Jones, Grover Thoman, Paul Glatfelter, Fred Wolf and Russell Thoman.
