Sarah J. Jones

Sarah J. (Wagner) Jones, 94, of the Dorothy Heckert Home, Shiloh, formerly of 1432 W. Philadelphia St., York, died Monday evening at the home. She was the wife of the late Samuel G. Jones.
The service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at St. James Lutheran Church, 25 N. Adams St. Burial will be in St. Paul's (Dubs) Cemetery, Hanover RD 3. Viewing will be noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the church. The Robert F. Koller Funeral Home Inc., 2000 W. Market St., is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Jones was born in Manheim Township, the daughter of the late Jacob K. and Clara (Gibbons) Wagner.
She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a son, Dale S. Jones, Evansville, Ind.; a daughter, Margaret Wolfe Gentzler, Hanover; a granddaughter; and four sisters, Elsie Glatfelter, Shrewsbury; Margie Wolf, Hanover; Abbie Wallick, York, and Alta Trone, Altoona.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Robert E. Nale.
