By 1900, Blanche had given birth to five children, one of whom has died. That child, I believe, was named Jean. Her burial location is unknown to me.


Mrs. Blanche Montgomery Caviness

Mrs. Blanche Montgomery Caviness, 86, of Pine Bluff and formerly of Danville, died in a Pine Bluff hospital on February 24. She was a widow of J. C. Caviness, who died January 14.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Douglas White of Silver City, N.M., Mrs. Robert Compton of Russellville, Mrs. Charles Nixon of Gary, Ind. and Mrs. Blakely Gallagher of Pine Bluff; a brother, Dr. Tom Montgomery of Stayton, Ore.; 13 grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
