Delphos - The funeral for Mrs. Lucy M. Chambers, 74, lifelong Delphos resident, will be at 10 am Saturday at the Delphos Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Chambers died Tuesday night at the Ottawa County Hospital, Minneapolis. She was born August 5, 1900, at Delphos, and spent her life there. She was the widow of Zibeth Chambers, who died in 1969.
Surviving are three sons, William L. Anderson, Delphos; Carroll D. Anderson, Salina; and Larry W. Chambers, Okeechobee, Fla.; 4 daughters, Mrs. Myrtle C. Casey, Denver, Colo., Mrs. Nelda Begnoche, Miltonvale; Mrs. June Cooper, Quinter; Mrs. H. Joan Brown, Salina; a brother, Ray Jones, Sidney, Neb.; a sister, Mrs. Thelma McPherson, Salina; 23 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Delphos Cemetery. The Haley Funeral Home, Minneapolis, is in charge.
